One of my fav restaurants . It was introduced to us from a guest chef and I have been coming to W8 since . Amazing food and such talented chef.
High quality Michelin star food at a very reasonable price. Went for the set menu and had a quail starter, pork entrée and cheese dessert. The food and flavours are very diverse and unique - I particularly enjoyed the pickled walnut sauce. The pork was cooked to perfection and the cheese was delicious - I'm not even normally a fan of blue cheese but I enjoyed every mouthful. Service was also good - the set menu is absolutely value for money if you like fine dining without the usual associated costs.
Had such a nice experience :) I went for the set menu on a Saturday and damn it was nice. The food and wine were amazing but need to highlight the service. Everyone was so nice towards us. They deserve the star they have for sure!! And the fish was unbelievable!! So good
Extraordinary from start to finish. The food, the presentation and service were just fantastic. I want to highlight the rabbit on the set menu. By all means, the lamb tasted delicious as well. For the price, I don’t think you can expect anything more. They really deserve the star they have and all parts of the staff were constantly making sure that everything was to our satisfaction. Would revisit and recommend.
Food was mostly excellent, especially the poached quince with financiers and ginger dessert. Cons: the air was very warm and a little smelly. The nut component of the artichoke soup was rancid
Really good restaurant. We celebrated my wife’s birthday there. They offer a set menu or you can order à la carte. The set menu is definitely worth the price. The staff are knowledgeable about the menu and the food. There’s also a wide selection of wines.
Had a lovely dinner celebrating a birthday. Service was excellent- relaxed and attentive, and answered all my questions. Food was beautifully plated, delicious and prompt. Wine selection was extensive. Whole environment felt inviting and not stuffy at all, while still prefect for a dressy or noteworthy night out.
